● Standard tours - $15/person. Kids 5 & under - Free!
● Maximum number of attendees - 10 (kids are included in this number).
● Tours must be booked 72 hours or more in advance.

FAQ:

● What should I wear to Valley View Farm & Garden?
- We require closed-toe shoes and highly recommend clothes/shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Some areas may be muddy.

● Can I bring snacks, drinks, etc.?
- No outside food or drinks will be allowed on tours.

● Do you have a public restroom?
- We do not, so please plan accordingly!

● Can I bring a stroller?
- Due to the nature of the farm, strollers are not recommended. If you have special mobility needs, please give us a call prior to booking so we can make sure we can accommodate you.

● Am I allowed to bring my dog or other pets to Valley View Farm & Garden?
- The ONLY outside animals allowed are service animals. Otherwise outside pets will not be allowed, and they cannot be left in your vehicle. If you have a service animal, please give us a call when you book your tour to give us a heads up.

● Where should I park?
- Please park in the designated area when you arrive.

● Can I customize my farm tour?
- Absolutely! We have options to customize your tour to include more specific information about a particular area of being an alpaca farmer, snap a birthday picture with an alpaca, learn more about making alpaca products, etc. Please contact us to discuss customization options.

● What if I need to cancel my tour at Valley View Farm & Garden?

- To cancel or reschedule, please give us a call at 615-306-3569. Should inclement weather arise on the day of your tour, we will communicate with you to reschedule your tour.
